Cancellation & returns

Cakes

Our cakes are made to order and perishable. Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is therefore no right of withdrawal.

Changes and cancellations you send us in writing (WhatsApp or email) at least 3 days before the delivery date are free; the amount paid is refunded.
For later cancellations the cake is already being made, so no refund is possible; write to us about moving the date – we help where we can.
For dream cakes with a personal offer, the terms in the offer apply.

Something wrong with your cake?

If you notice damage or a fault at handover, please tell us right away, at the latest on the delivery day, with a photo. For a justified complaint we offer a new cake, a partial or a full refund.

Bettoni Shop items

For shop items you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving reasons.

Send your withdrawal to Bettoni.cakery@outlook.com or via WhatsApp.
Return the item unused and in its original packaging within 10 days of withdrawing. Unless it is faulty, you pay the return shipping.
We refund the amount to the card you paid with no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal.
For hygiene reasons, opened socks cannot be returned.

Bettoni Academy workshops

Workshops are digital content supplied electronically at once. As access is unlocked right after payment, there is no right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15(1)(ğ)). If you have a technical problem, please write to us.
