How do I order a cake?
Choose your cake in Bettoni Cakery, pick size, flavour, date and delivery method and add it to the cart. You pay securely by card in the cart. You can also send your order via WhatsApp.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Every cake is made just for you, so we take orders from 3 days ahead at the earliest. We are closed on Sundays. Full or closed days cannot be picked in the calendar.
Delivery or pick-up?
Both. In Istanbul the delivery fee depends on the driving distance to our studio; the order form shows it as soon as you choose your district and neighbourhood. Pick-up: Kartaltepe Mah. Ahu Sk. No: 21A, Bakırköy / İstanbul.
Can I order my own dream cake?
Of course. Send us photos and wishes on the "Design your dream cake" page. Aziza prepares a personal offer; you receive it as a link and can pay directly.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card through the secure payment provider PayTR (3D Secure). Your card details are neither processed nor stored on our website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you write to us at least 3 days before the delivery date, you can change or cancel free of charge. Details under "Cancellation & returns".
Do the cakes contain allergens?
Our cakes may contain gluten, milk, egg, hazelnuts and other nuts as well as soy. If you have an allergy, please note it in your order or contact us beforehand.
How do the Bettoni Academy workshops work?
The workshops are online video courses. You create an account and choose a subscription; during that time you can watch the lessons whenever you like. Start right away with the free demo workshop.
How are Bettoni Shop items shipped?
By cargo anywhere in Türkiye. Shipping costs 150 TL, free from 1.500 TL.
