Cakes: delivery

We deliver our cakes in Istanbul on the day and in the time slot you choose. The delivery fee depends on the driving distance from our studio in Bakırköy to your neighbourhood; beyond a certain distance we don't deliver. The fee and time slots are shown in the order form. The delivery fee is charged only once for cakes going to the same address on the same day and time slot.

Cakes: pick-up

You can collect your cake on the chosen day and time slot at: Kartaltepe Mah. Ahu Sk. No: 21A, Bakırköy / İstanbul.

Lead time and closed days

Every cake is made to order; the earliest date is 3 days ahead. We are closed on Sundays and during holidays. Full or closed days cannot be picked in the calendar.

On handover

Please make sure someone is at the address at the time of delivery. Carry the cake cool and level and keep it in the fridge. After handover, transport and storage are the recipient's responsibility.

Gifts

You can send a cake as a gift to someone else; on request we add a handwritten greeting card.

Bettoni Shop: shipping

Shop items are shipped by cargo anywhere in Türkiye. Shipping costs 150 TL per order and is free from 1.500 TL. Items usually ship within 1–3 working days.

Bettoni Academy

Workshops are digital content; they are unlocked in your account right after payment, nothing is shipped.
